We’re a nonprofit pet treat company with a big heart and a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to work, contribute, and thrive. Our team of adults with disabilities handcrafts small-batch, all-natural dog biscuits in Raleigh, North Carolina, and every bag you buy helps make that possible.
We’re named for two best friends: Ella, our inspiration and team member, and Bella, her Golden Hound rescued from the Wake County Animal Shelter. Together, they remind us every day what it looks like to live with joy and purpose.

We founded Ella & Bella Pet Company with one clear, unwavering purpose: to provide vocational skill training and meaningful employment for adults with disabilities. We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and we don’t just offer jobs, we offer a relationship-centered environment where every team member is valued for their unique contributions, where “disability” is secondary to “ability,” and where showing up for your shift means something.
